- Verbal bullying is saying rude or intimidating things like, "If you ever tell anyone, you're going down," or, "Just wait until tomorrow." They may only sound like empty threats, but they can lead to physical bullying.
- Physical bullying is your classic lunchroom thug that steals lunch money and harasses kids on the playground. However, it can go farther. They might try to grab you in weird places, or corner you in a locker room and beat the living daylights out of you.
- Indirect bullying is spreading rumors that will eventually get around to the victim. It is sending malicious emails from a fake account. It is killing a kid inside even more than any physical or verbal bullying combined.
No matter what type you are falling victim to, you need to get help. Contrary to what you hear over and over and over, "waiting it out" just doesn't cut it. Tell someone. Get the authorities involved. Record conversations. Anything that will stop you from living the life you deserve.
